
The course is about the turning points in American History and an attempt to help students understand the issues the USA struggled with to establish its hegemonic power. It considers the student's critical thinking on issues as delicate as foreign policy and Civil Rights.

This course enhances students’ ability to understand and analyse texts from various fields, taking into account both language use and context. The module offers students the opportunity to explore diverse literary, historical, and socio-political theories and apply them to texts through analysis, thereby developing not only their analytical skills but also their critical thinking.
